In article the term economic risk and the main problems of the Russian companies is considered at introduction of investment projects. Functions of a control system of minimization by investment risks of the construction enterprises, and factors of risks in construction are given. The nature of system approach to identification of the causes of risks is defined and ways of decrease in risk are described.
