The article presents the experience of the Rostov region in conducting an express audit of the work of the «one-stop» centers (MFC). The technology of express auditing allows you to identify «bottlenecks» in the work of the «one-stop» centers (MFC), to focus the attention of the authorities on the most important aspects of its work and to achieve more significant results in optimizing costs.
