Abstract (English):
The article defines the nature of franchise relations, as well as the impact of the Russian regulatory framework on the relationship of franchisers, franchisees and consumers. The key risk groups in this sphere of economic relations are presented. The main local problems that stand in the way of effective organizational and legal regulation of relations of franchising activities in Russia are highlighted
