Abstract (English):
The article raises the problem of criminalization of the economy as it is among the problems that undermine the authority of the government, destroy the state system and pose a threat to the economic security of the country. The structure of shadow and criminal economy is revealed, the analysis of dynamics of economic crimes is carried out.
