TRANSFORMATION OF THE MULTILATERAL REGULATION OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE RELATIONS IN AN UNSTABLE WORLD ORDER
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The authors consider current trends in the transformation of the practice of regulating international trade in goods and services at the national and supranational levels. The authors analyze the real results of trade negotiations in the framework of the WTO and the politicization of foreign trade regulation over the past two decades. The authors conclude about a deep crisis centralized model of regulation of international trade policy. The development of regional trade agreements and the active growth of mega-regional trade agreements indicate, in the authors' opinion, the emergence of a new decentralized mechanism for regulating the international trading system.
